Individual Counseling

People come to me for one-on-one help with the following issues:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Mood instability
  • Relationship problems
  • Feeling stuck, confused about wants and needs
  • Transitions
  • Integration of spirituality into daily life
  • Lack of meaning, purpose
  • Trauma

Walk-and-Talk Therapy for Individuals
Want to take your session outdoors? Walk-and-Talk therapy is a way to receive effective counseling while walking.

Benefits of Walk-And-Talk Therapy:
  • Save time by exercising and receiving counseling
  • A better option for people who prefer physical movement in order to focus or relax
  • Integrate your physical health goals with your mental health healing
Special Considerations About Walk-and-Talk Therapy:
  • The Northwest can be a stormy place, so you will need to be prepared for the weather.
  • Confidentiality is different when walking outside. Be aware that other people may hear snippets of our conversation. The only way to ensure absolute privacy is inside of my office.
