• Heather Varnau Counseling is located in The Security Building at roughly 4th Avenue East and Washington Street in Downtown Olympia. 

• The office is located on the third floor, in Suite 309.

• When you arrive at the office, please wait in the waiting room until Heather greets you at your scheduled appointment time. 

• Starting in June, 2010, the City of Olympia began a pay to park system in Downtown Olympia. If you drive, you will need to pay for parking at one of the kiosks in the Downtown area. There is also a 2 hour free parking lot just 2 blocks away at State Street and Franklin, near the Intercity Transit transfer station.  

For your first session, please review the following information:

1. Please visit the Helpful Forms page and print up both forms for new clients and bring them in with you.
2. Please visit the Rates and Insurance page. Full payment is due at the time of service and your fee will depend on your session length. You can pay by cash or check at my office. You can also Make a Payment with your credit card through my website. If you wish to use your credit card, please Make a Payment before your session begins (I receive a confirmation email once PayPal receives your payment). I will provide you with a clinical receipt that you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
3. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You may contact me by phone or email to do this.
